LLOYDS YOU’RE THE DIFFERENCE

Lloyds Banking Group take on the best candidates from the top universities every year. Their graduates are not just number crunchers, they’re the difference between being a bank and being the best bank.

 

We planned and executed a 2 term campaign with the objective of finding the top students for the LBG graduate program.

 

CAMPUS TOUR – AN EXTRAORDINARY DAY

 

Running for 4 weeks each term we visited 34 universities with a prize giving vending machine to engage the target audience in an exciting way. Student got the chance to win everything from Amazon vouchers to iPads. The university tour consistently delivered above data capture and interactions targets.

SKILL SESSIONS – YOU’RE THE DIFFERENCE

 

Student Brand Ambassadors encouraged relevant students to attend a series of Skills Sessions with the aim of increasing applications to the LBG Insight Days, Summer Internship and Graduate Leadership programs.
