Case Study #1

The Brief
To support the Trading Division of BP in its graduate recruitment campaign. The division wished to attract a higher calibre and quantity of graduates to its programme.

The Strategy
A team of 9 CBM's at key target universities were recruited and trained to represent the client on campus. They carried out a promotional campaign aimed at generating applications and encouraging attendance at on campus recruitment presentations (both general BP events and Trading specific).

The Result
The overall number of applications from these 9 universities increased by 300% while the percentage of the total applications coming from these 9 target universities increased from 21% to 40%.


Case Study #2

The Brief
To organise the logistics of the clients autumn graduate recruitment events and provide staff to run the events on the day.

The Strategy
Campus Group provided BP with a highly professional logistical support package, over 6 recruitment fairs and 12 recruitment presentations during a 6 week period, in October and November 2004. A team of 2 core staff were appointed to organise the logistics of each event in key universities around the UK. They delivered the materials to each venue, liaised with university staff in the run up to the event and took control of the set up and dismantling of all stands, displays, equipment and recruitment materials.
