Encourage students to think about how they are equipped to escape from a fire; ‘Plan Your Great Escape’.
Target common elements of student life that pose a fire risk and raise awareness of these dangers.
Results
521,500 students targeted across 24 universities.
Campaign materials displayed/distributed; 6,000 posters, 50,000 flyers, 12,000 information booklets, 8,000 magnetic word games and 4,000 fabric bags.
27 events held to raise awareness of the risk of fire in student accommodation.
36 pieces of PR (press, web and radio) worth £16,500 with an OTS of 416,000.
